The net price index (nettoprisindeks) tracks the development in Danish consumer prices, excluding taxes, VAT, duties and price-reducing subsidies. In Denmark it is used in particular to adjust contracts and rent, as well as amounts set in a range of laws and regulations.
Statistics Denmark publishes the index on the 10th of the following month — or the next Danish business day after that. The calculator always fetches the latest figures automatically.
